Tom Goeke was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Milacron Holdings Corp. in September 2012. He has over 25 years of industry experience, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Seakeeper Inc. from October 2011 to June 2012 and as Chief Executive Officer of Klockner Pentaplast Group from July 2005 to May 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Goeke served in a number of positions at Klockner Pentaplast since 1989 and also gained experience at Hoechst Celanese Rigid Film Division. Mr. Goeke received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Widener University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary. Bruce Chalmers was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Milacron Holdings Corp. in November 2014, and prior to that, he was the company’s Vice President, Finance since January 2014. He also heads Milacron’s finance and shared service function. Mr. Chalmers has over 20 years of experience in finance. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of MetoKote Corporation, Inc., from 2012 until 2014. Prior to that, he served as a managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their transaction services practice from 2006 until 2012. Mr. Chalmers was a managing director at Stout Causey Capital from 2005 until 2006. He held various positions in finance at Millennium Chemicals from 1997 until 2005. Mr. Goeke: Milacron is
