Steven F. Retzloff is President of Allegiance Bancshares, Inc., and Chairman of its subsidiary Allegiance Bank. Mr. Retzloff has 30 years of Houston banking experience, serving as a director and twice as Chairman of a publicly traded multibillion-dollar financial institution. He currently also serves as the Chairman and CEO of Retzloff Industries, Inc. His past work experience also includes General Motors, Bristol-Myers, Retzloff Capital Corporation and CEO of Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. Mr. Retzloff currently serves as a member of the advisory board for Fuller Texas School of Theology and as Vice President of the Kinkaid School Investments Foundation. He serves on the board of Open Door Mission and is an advisory director for the Texas A&M Banking Program. Previously, he has been affiliated with The Escape Center of Houston, Past President of The Exchange Club of Uptown Houston, the Greater Houston Men's Life, Director of The Transitions Foundation, the board of trustees for the Kinkaid School, President of the Kinkaid School Alumni Association and service as an elder at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. He received an industrial engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979 and an MBA with distinction from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in 1981. TWST: Tell us about Allegiance Bancshares’ history.
Mr. Retzloff: We go back to 2007. There were several of us who had worked previously with another local
