Peter Hoetzinger, Co-CEO, President and Vice Chairman of the board for Century Casinos, Inc., has more than 25 years of casino gaming experience. Mr. Hoetzinger, together with his partner Erwin Haitzmann, founded Century Casinos, Inc., in 1992, with an initial startup capital of $1.7 million. In 1994, the company was listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and in 2005, it was listed on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Mr. Hoetzinger started his career as Deputy Head of Casinos Austria’s International Division; he helped grow that company's portfolio from two to 101 casinos in 25 countries and on cruise ships. Mr. Hoetzinger also served as a member of management and supervisory boards of over 10 subsidiaries of Casinos Austria International.
