Jacques Esculier, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been leading WABCO Holdings Inc. since January 2004 when he was appointed Vice President of American Standard and President of its vehicle control systems business, WABCO. Mr. Esculier was appointed Chairman in May 2009. He joined WABCO from American Standard's Trane Commercial Systems business, where he was business leader for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia region from 2002 through January 2004. Prior to joining American Standard in 2002, Mr. Esculier spent more than six years in leadership positions within the aerospace business of Honeywell International/Allied Signal. He was Vice President and General Manager of the Environmental Control and Power Systems Enterprise based in Los Angeles, California, and Vice President of Aftermarket Services, Asia Pacific based in Singapore. Mr. Esculier joined Allied Signal from Mooney Airplane Company in Kerrville, Texas, where he was President and Chief Executive Officer.
