Randy Fields is Chairman and CEO of Park City Group Inc. He founded Mrs. Fields Cookies with his wife. After selling Mrs. Fields Cookies in the early 1990s, he founded Park City Group using the concepts and technology that supported their stellar sales growth. The technology kept product on the shelf and reduced waste at the same time, and became the subject of one of the best-known Harvard case studies. Today, using much of the same thinking that helped manage the real-time supply chain for Mrs. Fields Cookies, he is honored to have customers like Target, CVS and Wal-Mart. Mr. Fields holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and was a Phi Beta Kappa, Danforth Fellow and National Science Foundation Fellow.
