Kelyn Brannon is Chief Financial Officer of Arista Networks, Inc. She is a 25-year finance veteran in both public and private companies. Most recently, Ms. Brannon was Chief Financial Officer of Delivery Agent, based in San Francisco. Prior to that, she was CFO at Calix, where she took the company to a successful IPO. Ms. Brannon was CFO of Calypso Technology, Arzon and CEO of Studio Systems Inc., formerly Creative Planet. At Amazon.com, she was Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and CFO of Amazon's international division. She has also held senior finance positions at Sun Microsystems, Lexmark International and Ernst & Young, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Chuck Elliott is Director of Product and Investor Advocacy of Arista Networks, Inc. He is a networking industry veteran with 25-plus years of experience. He joined Arista Networks in 2008. Mr. Elliott is responsible for Arista's investor relations, and previously held positions at Arista in sales, business development and marketing. Prior to Arista, Mr. Elliott was Vice President and General Manager of Lucent's optical data networks business unit, and previously worked at Cisco Systems where he held the positions of Director, EMEA Business Operations and was Cisco's first Director of Product Marketing.
