Leslie Richardson has over 20 years of investment management and equity research experience. She works with Elite IR as an Account Executive managing investor relations programs for Asian-based, U.S.-listed clients and arranges road shows in the Asia Pacific region for CEOs interested in building an Asian investor base. She is also the Asian Correspondent for Micro-Cap Review, a financial magazine focused on microcap companies. Previously, she worked for CCG Elite in assisting Asian-based, U.S.-listed clients formulate key communication strategies. Ms. Richardson began her investment career at U.S. Trust Company then went on to join Odyssey Advisors as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Research. Ms. Richardson specialized in high growth sectors such as biotech, alternative energy, IT and telecommunications. She earned her MBA from the University of Southern California. Leada Tak Tai Li has served as the Chief Financial Officer of China Precision Steel since October 2005 and as Chairperson of the board of directors since August 1, 2011. From June 2004 to October 2005, Ms. Li was Assistant to the Chairman of Star Pharmaceutical Limited, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. From November 2003 to May 2004, Ms. Li was an Audit Assistant at KPMG, Hong Kong. From January 2002 to September 2002, Ms. Li was an Investment Analyst at Suez Asia Holdings (HK) Limited.
