Salvatore Rincione, also known as Sal, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UFood Restaurant Group, Inc. Mr. Rincione has over 18 years’ experience in franchising and multiunit restaurant operations. In addition, Mr. Rincione has overseen new concept development, store design, construction management and real estate selection. Mr. Rincione's previous position was the Vice President of Operations, and ultimately, the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Red Mango USA.
