Jim Kirsch has served as CEO of Professional Diversity Network, the largest professional online resource and job board for diverse Americans, since June 2008. Prior to his current position, he served as Chief Strategic Officer at AMightyRiver.com, a division of PDN and the premier online career resource for black professionals. Previously, he served as CEO at eSpecialty Brands, where he operated 200 retail stores. Mr. Kirsch also served as CEO at iMaternity.com, the e-commerce partner of iVillage.com and the spinoff of the business unit from iVillage.com, and Manager, Vice President and COO at Dan Howard Industries, a vertically integrated bricks-to-clicks retailer of apparel. Mr. Kirsch has served as City Councilman and Chairman of the finance committee at the City of Highland Park since 2001. Additionally, he has served as Member of the board at Portfolio Solution, a private equity fund investing in socially responsible companies with strong national brand equity.
