Jeff Surges is the Chief Executive Officer of Connecture Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies within the information services and health care industry. Mr. Surges joined Connecture from previous senior roles as the Chairman of Strategic Health Services, as well as President of HealthGrades, where he was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to these roles, Mr. Surges served as the CEO and board director of Merge Healthcare, and President of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, where he led the company’s global sales and marketing teams, as well as the company’s Health Systems Group business unit. Mr. Surges joined Allscripts via the acquisition of Extended Care Information Network, Inc., which he co-founded and where he served as CEO and President.
