Joseph A. Mills was elected Chairman of the board and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. in May 2007. Additionally, Mr. Mills has served since April 19, 2006, and will continue to serve for the foreseeable future as Chief Executive Officer and as a manager of Montierra Management LLC, which is the general partner of Montierra Minerals & Production, L.P., a privately held limited partnership that acquires, invests in and actively manages oil and gas mineral and royalty interests in the United States. From September 2003 to January 2006, Mr. Mills was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Black Stone Minerals Company, L.P., a privately held company. From October 1999 to August 2003, Mr. Mills was a Senior Vice President of El Paso Production Company, and from January 1999 to October 1999, Mr. Mills was a Vice President of El Paso Production Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of El Paso Corporation. Jeffrey P. Wood was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Rock Energy Partners L.P. in January 2009. On March 11, 2009, Mr. Wood was appointed Treasurer of Eagle Rock Energy Partners L.P. From August 2006 to December 2008, Mr. Wood was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the private equity division of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., a global financial services firm. From July 2001 through August 2006, Mr. Wood worked for Lehman Brothers in its natural resources investment banking practice.
