Youssef H. Squali joined Jefferies & Company, Inc., in 2004 as a Managing
Director and Senior Research Analyst in the firm's Technology Equity Research
group. He has over eight years of experience covering the Internet and new media
industry sectors. Prior to joining Jefferies, he held similar positions at First
Albany Capital, ING Barings and Laidlaw & Co., an asset management firm in New
York. At Laidlaw, he invested in early funding rounds for select Internet
startups and was instrumental in setting up market and run special purpose
funds. Mr. Squali is the recipient of the Forbes/StarMine Award for Best
Brokerage Analyst in Internet Software and Services for 2007, 2006 and 2005. He
received an MBA in Finance from the Barney School of Business Administration at
the University of Hartford and a BA in Economics from the American Business
School of Paris, France. He also holds a Baccalaureate in Mathematics and
