JONATHAN R. BURST has served as Chief Executive Officer of International Fuel Technology since 1999 and as President from 1999 to 2000 and 2002 to 2005. Mr. Burst has also served as a Director and Chairman of the board since 2000. Mr. Burst founded Burcor Capital, LLC, a financial services company, in 1998 and has served as President since its inception.
