Michael C. Heim, Vice President of A.G. Edwards & Sons, joined the firm
in 1989. Mr. Heim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from
Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Heim follows the natural gas
industry including the gas pipelines and gas distribution utilities. Mr.
Heim was selected for The Wall Street Journal Best on the Street Survey
for stock picking in 1998 and for estimate accuracy in 2001. In 2002,
Mr. Heim was again named as a WSJ Best on the Street analyst. Mr. Heim's
gas utility team was voted the top natural gas research group for mid-
to small-capitalization stocks in the 1999 Reuters survey of
