Integra Bank Corporation – Mike Alley

Mike Alley serves as Chairman and CEO of Integra Bank Corporation and Chairman, President and CEO of Integra Bank National Association. Mr. Alley initially assumed these roles on an interim basis soon after his election to the Integra Bank Corporation board of directors in April 2009; he subsequently assumed them permanently to hellp effectuate the bank's turnaround. He is also the Chairman of Patriot Investments LLC, a company he founded in 2002, which invests in and provides management and financial advisory services to businesses, real estate projects and early-stage ventures. Mr. Alley previously served as President and CEO of Fifth Third Bank, Central Indiana, an affiliate of Fifth Third Bancorp. While leading Fifth Third Bank from 1989 to 2002, he significantly increased its presence in Central and Southeastern Indiana to more than $4.8 billion in assets and 74 banking centers through acquisitions and de novo growth. Prior to joining Fifth Third, he worked for Bank of America in Austin, Texas, and for KPMG LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio.
