Pamela JW Barnhill is Chief Operating Officer of InnSuites Hospitality Trust. Ms. Barnhill's career with InnSuites has progressed through roles in revenue management, sales and General Manager of two InnSuites hotels. Ms. Barnhill focuses on increasing sales and lowering costs and growing the InnSuites brand through trademark sales. Prior to her career at InnSuites, Ms. Barnhill's career includes roles with Motorola Semiconductor, Franchise Finance Corporation of America (FFCA) and Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath (PRTM) Management Consulting. Motorola gave her the opportunity to handle forecasting and planning for six factories, both domestically and in Southeast Asia. PRTM expanded this experience by allowing her to provide management consulting recommendations for telecommunications, electronics and semiconductor companies. She earned an MBA in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in economics and mathematics cum laude from the University of Arizona.Marc E. Berg has been Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for the Trust since June 1998. Mr. Berg has been a Registered Investment Adviser since 1985, advising corporations and high net worth individuals with portfolio and cash management. From 1979 to 1985, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Valley National Bank of Arizona, where he managed a $350 million fixed income portfolio. He received an MBA from Arizona State University, an MIM from the American Graduate School of International Management and a B.S. in business administration from American University.James F. Wirth has been Chairman and President of InnSuites Hospitality Trust since 1998 and President of hotel-affiliated entities since their founding in 1980. He also has been Chairman and President of Rare Earth Development real estate and land investment company in suburban Phoenix since its founding in 1972. Prior to the founding of Rare Earth and InnSuites, Mr. Wirth served as Assistant to the President and Division President of Ramada Inns, Inc., from 1970 through 1973. He earned an MBA in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was a Mellon Fellow, and a B.A., with distinction, in economics and mathematics from the University of Arizona.
