DIRK L. GODSEY is a Managing Director and Senior Analyst for JPMorgan
H&Q. He joined the firm in 1986 and covers unique companies that are
leveraging technology and proven business processes to create innovative
service offerings targeting high growth markets. Mr. Godsey directs the
efforts of several senior analysts dedicated to the analysis of
information services, IT services, business process outsourcing,
electronic commerce, and educational services companies in the
commercial, financial, healthcare, and telecom sectors. As a senior
analyst and managing director, Mr. Godsey has been actively involved in
the initial public offerings of more than 70 companies, and currently
focuses on the communications infrastructure services and e-business
services markets. Prior to joining JPMorgan H&Q, he worked with
Bechtel's consulting and systems planning group. He received a BS and an

Mr. Godsey: If you go back to the late 1970s and early 1980s,
