JASON GOLDBERG is a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst in
the Equity Research department at Lehman Brothers, covering both the
large cap and mid-cap bank industries. He began covering the banking
industry in June 1995 at Smith Barney and then at Salomon Smith Barney.
He joined Lehman in July 2000. He was named to Institutional Investor
magazine's All-American Research Team in 2004, securing a runner-up
position in its large cap bank category and ranking number one in its
mid-cap bank category. He ranked number one in mid-cap banks in 2002
and 2003 as well. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from the University of Michigan and is a Chartered Financial
Analyst. He has been in the investment business for over nine years.
His current coverage universe encompasses 25 S&P 500 components and
exceeds $1 trillion of market cap. Profile
JACK MICENKO is a Senior Equity Research Analyst with Lehman
Brothers, whose coverage universe includes small and mid-cap
savings banks and other mortgage finance related companies. Prior
to joining Lehman in 2001, he was a Vice President at Friedman,
Billings, Ramsey in Arlington, Virginia, covering the same
sector. Before joining FBR's equity research group, he also held
several positions in the firm's real estate investment banking
division. Prior to joining FBR, he was employed by Prudential
Securities in the institutional equity sales group. Mr. Micenko
received his Master's in Finance from George Washington
University in Washington, DC, and is a graduate of John Carroll
