Before joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Mewhirter served as a Senior Research Associate with RBC Capital Markets and Ferris, Baker Watts covering the P&C insurance industry. His previous affiliations also include working in various product development positions at Capital One Financial Corporation, and he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
