Frank P. Russomanno is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imation Corp. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer and has been the acting CEO since November 2006. Prior to 2003, Mr. Russomanno was President of Imation Data Storage and Information Management. In that position, he led the company's data storage businesses, including the Imation personal storage media business, which focused on such optical storage solutions as CD and DVD technologies, and the Imation data storage media and services business, which concentrated on removable magnetic media, including tape technology. Mr. Russomanno began his career with 3M in 1973 as a Sales Coordinator, eventually becoming a Sales Representative for the magnetic/audio/video recording business in the greater metropolitan New York. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Seton Hall University and has undertaken graduate work at the University of Oklahoma and Monmouth College. He also served in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer, achieving the rank of captain. Mr. Russomanno is Chairman of the board for the Content Delivery & Storage Association. TWST: Imation has been around since the 1950s, but it has made some acquisitions in the past few years. Please give us a brief company history and tell us about your acquisitions.
Mr. Russomanno:
