HERBERT G.A. WILSON, President and Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Minerals
Corporation, has over 30 years of experience in the development and operation of
construction materials and industrial minerals operations. Mr. Wilson joined
Polaris Minerals in 2001, prior to which he was President of United States Lime
& Minerals Inc., a NASDAQ-listed public company producing lime products and
construction materials from limestone quarries located in the south-central
states. From 1992 to 1998 he was a founding Director and Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Stone Corporation, a Toronto-
