KEN WEAKLEY, an Executive Director, joined the firm in 2001 as a Senior
Healthcare Facilities Analyst. Prior to joining UBS Warburg, Mr. Weakley
was a Senior Healthcare Facilities Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. In
2000, he was ranked a runner-up in Institutional Investor's All-America
Research Team, moving up to third team in 2001. Before that Mr. Weakley
worked for Merrill Lynch and PaineWebber as a senior healthcare analyst,
and he began his career as a junior analyst at Smith Barney. Mr. Weakley
holds BS and BA degrees from Rhode Island College and an MBA from SUNY
