HARVEY LENKIN is the President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director
of Public Storage, Inc. He has been affiliated with Public Storage,
Inc., and the self-storage business since 1978. Mr. Lenkin is also a
member of the Board of Directors of PS Business Parks, Inc., and Paladin
