RONALD BROWN is the owner of R Brown Partners, Inc., a real estate
property management company in Brookline, since 1985. Mr. Brown is the
President of NewReal, Inc., General Partner of New England Realty
Associates Limited Partnership, which is registered with the Security
and Exchange Commission. He has been a consultant for The Hamilton
Company since 1967, a major Boston-based real estate owner, manager and
developer of residential and commercial property. Mr. Brown is a
graduate of Northeastern University, BS Mechanical Engineering, 1958, MS
Engineering Management, 1965. He is a member and former Director of the
Greater Boston Real Estate Board; Director and Treasurer of the
Brookline Greenspace Alliance, Director of the Brookline Music School,
Brookline Symphony Orchestra, Ballet Theatre of Boston and a Founder of
the Brookline High School 21st Century Fund; Director and former
President and Chairman of the Board of the Brookline Chamber of
Commerce; Corporate Trustee of the Trustees of Reservations of
Massachusetts; President of the Brookline Property Owners Association
1981 to 1989; and was on the Boards of the Opera Company of Boston, the
Boston Camerata (President), the Brookline Hospital, the Castle Hill
Foundation and the Coolidge Corner Theatre Foundation. Profile
HAROLD BROWN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New England
Realty Associates. Mr. Brown converted his MIT degree in Engineering
into a Senior Officer position at Walworth Value Co. of NY. He acquired
his first six-unit apartment building in 1955 in Boston. As Chairman and
sole stockholder of The Hamilton Company, Inc., Mr. Brown works with
seven senior officers and 130 full-time Property Managers, brokers,
accountants, architectural, maintenance and legal staff supporting the
day-to-day activities of over 3,200 apartment units and 2,500,00 SF of
commercial real estate. In addition to Mr. Brown's personal
accomplishments, he has also successfully restructured New England
Realty Associates, the only Massachusetts Limited Partnership actively
traded on NASDAQ. Prior to taking on the responsibility of managing
general partner in the mid-1970s, this company was insolvent. Today it
enjoys over a 20-year history of dividend payments and profitability. Profile

Mr. R. Brown: The unusual makeup of the ownership of this property was
due to that fact
