ROBERT J. STROH has been with OmniVision Technologies for five years,
the first three years as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Prior to
joining OmniVision, Mr. Stroh held senior sales and marketing positions
in the computer industry for over 35 years, including experience with
products from mainframe computers to mini computers to personal
computers. His experience includes 15 years at NCR Corp., three years at
Tab Products and five years at Mountain Computer. Mr. Stroh has a BS
degree in Business from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA
degree from Indiana University. Profile
H. GENE McCOWN has been Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer of OmniVision Technologies, Inc., since July 1999. Mr. McCown
held similar positions with Innovative Robotic Solutions, Inc., and with
Chrontel, Inc., manufacturers of semiconductor equipment. Mr. McCown
also spent 17 years at National Semiconductor, attaining the position of
Treasurer and Vice President. Mr. McCown received a BS in Accounting
