RICHARD A. FREEMAN is Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Multi-
Cap Growth Portfolios at Citigroup Asset Management. He has been
fascinated by the stock market since 1966, when at the age of 13 he
would sit in a local brokerage firm and watch the ticker. He has been
with Smith Barney Asset Management or its predecessor firms since 1983.
Today, Mr. Freeman manages multi-cap portfolios on a private portfolio
basis, as well as several mutual funds, including an aggressive growth
fund, for Citigroup Asset Management. Total assets managed by Mr.
Freeman exceeded $19 billion as of December 31, 2004. In 1983, he joined
Shearson American Express as co-Manager of an aggressive growth mutual
fund. He became a Portfolio Manager for Multi-Capitalization Growth
portfolios in 1991. Mr. Freeman's previous positions include Vice
President for Trusts and Investments at Chemical Bank and Vice President
of Research at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He received his BS in Accounting
from Brooklyn College and his MBA in Finance from New York University. Profile
HARRY D. "HERSH" COHEN is Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Chief
Investment Officer at Citigroup Asset Management. He began his career at
Smith Barney Inc. (or its predecessor firms) in 1969 as a Portfolio
Manager. In addition to managing numerous private portfolios and
retirement funds, Mr. Cohen has managed the Smith Barney Appreciation
Fund, or one of its predecessors, since 1979. The Appreciation Fund has
been named to the exclusive Forbes Honor Roll eight times, and is known
for its value-oriented approach to growth stocks. Together with Scott
Glasser, his Appreciation Style and Dividend Strategy portfolios are
available in individually managed accounts as well. He also co-manages
the Smith Barney Dividend and Income Fund and the Smith Barney Capital
Preservation Fund. The total assets managed by Mr. Cohen exceed $12
billion as of December 31, 2004. Mr. Cohen received his BA from Western
Reserve University in 1962, and a PhD in Psychology from Tufts
