GUILLERMO G. MARMOL is Chief Executive Officer of Luminant Worldwide
Corporation. Mr. Marmol, over the course of a successful career in
technology-focused consulting, has established solid relationships and
gained an in-depth understanding of the Internet and e-commerce. This
enhances his abilities to lead the strategy and operations of Luminant,
a world-class Internet professional services provider offering
integrated, e-business strategy, implementation and support to Fortune
1000 companies. Mr. Marmol previously served as Vice President of Perot
Systems, Inc., where he chaired the Operating Committee and lead
corporate development efforts. Before joining Perot Systems, he enjoyed
an 18-year career with McKinsey & Company, Inc., reaching top levels of
management, including positions as Director and Senior Partner for the
firm's global organization practice. He holds a Master's degree in
Business Administration with honors from the Harvard Business School,
and earned a Bachelor's of Arts Magna Cum Laude in Engineering and
