GREGORY W. SLAYTON is President and Chief Executive Officer of
ClickAction Inc. Mr. Slayton joined ClickAction Inc. in December 1997
when the company was MySoftware. Prior to ClickAction, Mr. Slayton was
President and Director of ParaGraph International, a 100+ person
Internet software leader that Mr. Slayton sold to Silicon Graphics in
the summer of 1997. Prior to ParaGraph, Mr. Slayton co-founded Worlds
Inc., where as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he was
responsible for all aspects of business strategy and operations. Prior
to co-founding Worlds, Mr. Slayton was the Vice President of Business
Development and Chief Financial Officer at Paramount Studio's High
Technology Group. Mr. Slayton was responsible for the financial results
of the Group, as well as Paramount's Venture Capital portfolio. Prior to
Paramount, Mr. Slayton was a Senior Manager at McKinsey and Company,
where he worked in McKinsey's Worldwide Multimedia Practice Group and
served a number of Fortune 100 clients in the multimedia and telecoms
industries. Mr. Slayton, a former Fulbright Scholar to East Asia, holds
an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School, a Master's in
Asian studies with Highest Honors from the University of the Philippines
and a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude with Faculty Honors, from
Dartmouth College. Mr. Slayton serves on a number of high tech Boards,
including Quantum Corp., NetCreations Inc. and InTest Corp. He also
serves on the Board of Opportunity International. Mr. Slayton is
Chairman of Silicon Valley Bush-2000 for Governor George W. Bush. Profile
