YVETTE C. BOCKSTEIN is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in
TimesSquare's small cap growth group. Prior to joining the firm in 2000,
she managed small capitalization portfolios at Fiduciary Trust Company
International. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust in 1978, Ms. Bockstein
spent five years with Davis, Palmer & Biggs as a Portfolio
Manager/Analyst, and six years in the investment department of The Bank
of New York. Ms. Bockstein earned a BA degree from UCLA and holds a
'Certificat en Sciences Economiques' from the Universit de Bruxelles. Profile
GRANT R. BABYAK is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in
TimesSquare's small cap growth group. Prior to joining the firm in 2000,
Mr. Babyak had managed small and mid-cap portfolios at Fiduciary Trust
Company International since 1996. He worked for six years at Avatar
Associates as an institutional portfolio manager and for two years at
United States Trust Company as a Securities Analyst. He earned a BA
