GLENN C. CHRISTENSON , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Station Casinos, Inc., joined the company in 1989 as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Palace Station Hotel & Casino,
the only gaming property operated by the company at that time. Station
Casinos, with 12 properties in 2003, is now the fifth largest gaming
company in the world. Mr. Christenson was elected to the Board of
Directors and was named Treasurer when Station Casinos became a publicly
traded company in 1993. He was named Executive Vice President in early
1994 and in March 1997 was named Chief Administrative Officer, taking on
additional corporate management responsibilities for the company's non-
operational functions. Prior to joining Station Casinos, he spent 17
years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells
(now Deloitte & Touche), where he served as a partner from 1983-1989 and
was the partner-in-charge of audit services for the Nevada Practice and
National Audit Partner for the firm's hospitality industry practice. Mr.
Christenson has served in a leadership capacity in several civic
organizations including Kiwanis, Kidney Foundation, Nevada School of the
Arts, Leadership Las Vegas, American Heart Association, the Boulder Dam
Area Council of the Boy Scouts, and others. Currently, he is a member of
the Board of Trustees of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Board of
Directors of the Nevada State College Foundation, the Board of Directors
of the National Center for Responsible Gaming, and is an advisor to the
