Mark A. Schroeder, Chairman and CEO of German American Bancorp, Inc., has over 30 years' experience in the banking industry. Mr. Schroeder graduated from the University of Evansville with a B.S. in financial management, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served in various positions with German American Bancorp/German American Bank, including Head of Lending, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Schroeder sits on a number of civic and governmental boards of directors, including the ICBA Bancard and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. Profile
