GERALD NATHE began his business career in 1968 with LogEtronics, Inc., a
pre-press supplier to the printing and publishing industry, serving as
President from 1983 to 1987. From 1987 to 1990, he served as Chief
Operating Officer and President of DBA Systems, Inc., a defense
electronics firm. Starting in 1990 and continuing to the present time,
Mr. Nathe has served as the President of Baldwin Americas. In 1993, he
was elected to the additional position of President, Baldwin Technology
Company, Inc. In 1995 he was elected Chief Executive Officer, and in
1997 he was named Chairman. Mr. Nathe serves as a Director of several
industry associations, including the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation
and the Graphic Communication Association. He was also recently named
Chairman of NPES, the Association for Suppliers of Printing and
Publishing Technologies. Mr. Nathe has BS and MS degrees in aeronautical
engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the
