GERALD M. BENSTOCK is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Executive Committee of Superior Uniform Group, Inc. He
is also CEO of all operating divisions of Superior Uniform Group, Inc.,
including Fashion Seal Uniforms; Worklon; Sope Creek; Appel Uniforms;
Martin's Uniforms and The Empire Company. Mr. Benstock is a former
Officer of Linen Supply Association of America (now Textile Rental
Services Association), Institute of Industrial Launderers, American
Association of Contamination Control, Suncoast Management Institute,
Director of Pinellas County Committee of 100. Mr. Benstock has been a
Director of MarineMax since 2000. He received the Histradrut Labor Award
from the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers of America. He is a
graduate of Admiral Farragut Naval Academy (New Jersey) and the New
