GEORGE PALEOLOGOU is President of Premium Brands Inc. Mr. Paleologou
joined the company in 1987 as Corporate Controller and has held the
positions of Chief Financial Officer and CEO of a subsidiary company.
Before joining PBI, Mr. Paleologou held the position of Manager at KPMG
in Vancouver, British Columbia. He received his BBA in 1982 from Simon
Fraser University and his Chartered Accounting designation in 1985. In
1995 Mr. Paleologou led a management buyout and a financial re-
