GEORGE JIMENEZ has been Chief Executive Officer of ACE*COMM Corporation
since 1983. From 1979 to 1983, he was President of American Computer and
Electronics Corporation, a predecessor company, which was acquired by
United Technologies. Since 1983, Mr. Jimenez has been leading ACE*COMM
Corporation in the development and marketing of telecommunications
equipment and software. In August 1996, he and the management team took
the company public with one of the most successful IPOs of the year. Mr.
Jimenez is a member of the Washington Area High Technology Council
Planning Committee for Regional Telecommunications Education. He is a
frequent speaker at global industry events, including presentations at a
ZTE event in China's Yunnan Province on revenue and customer assurance
issues, and at the United Nations ITU headquarters in Geneva, as part of
the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector Group meetings on
telecommunication economic and policy issues. Mr. Jimenez is frequently
quoted in business and trade publications including The Washington Post,
Dow Jones Business News, Reuters, Wireless Week and XChange magazine. Profile
