GEORGE B. WALLACE is a co-Founder of Micro Therapeutics, Inc. and has
served as President and CEO from the company's formation in June 1993,
through an IPO in February 1997 to the present. He was formerly with
Applied Medical Resources (AMR) where he was General Manager of the
Applied Vascular and Applied Urology Divisions. Mr. Wallace served as
Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Vaser, Inc., and held various
positions in sales, marketing and management at Edwards Laboratories, a
division of American Hospital Supply and later Baxter International. Mr.
Wallace received his BS in Marketing from Arizona State University. Profile
