Dr. Floyd Tyler, President and Chief Investment Officer, founded Preserver Partners, LLC in July 2009. He has served as the President and Portfolio Manager for all Preserver funds. Prior to Preserver, he served as a partner of Gerber/Taylor Capital Advisors, a consulting and fund management firm, and President of its institutional consulting subsidiary. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. From 1996 to 1999, Dr. Tyler was an assistant professor of finance at the University of Memphis. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics from The University of Tennessee, a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. in finance from Florida State University.
