GARY R. CHRISTOPHER, President and CEO, has been a director of
PetroCorp, Inc. since August 1996. He is also a director of Middle Bay
Oil Company, a publicly traded oil and gas production company located in
Houston, Texas. Kaiser-Francis Oil Company currently owns 25% of Middle
Bay. He has been acquisitions coordinator for Kaiser-Francis Oil since
1996 and also held that position from 1985 until 1991 when he became
Senior Vice President and Manager of Energy Lending for Bank of
Oklahoma. Bank of Oklahoma is 78% owned by George B. Kaiser. Prior to
1985, Mr. Christopher held various engineering and management positions
at Texaco, Amerada Hess and the First National Bank of Tulsa. He
received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri
