GARY O. MARINO is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
of RailAmerica, Inc. Mr. Marino has served as RailAmerica's
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer since the
company's formation in April 1992, as Chief Executive Officer of
the company since March 1994 and as President since July 1996.
Mr. Marino has also served as Chairman of the Board and Treasurer
of the Huron and Eastern Railway Company since 1986. Mr. Marino
joined the company on a full-time basis in March 1994. From 1984
until October 1993, Mr. Marino served as Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Boca Raton Capital Corporation. Mr.
Marino received his BA degree from Colgate University in 1966 and
an MBA degree from Fordham University in 1973. From 1966 to 1969,
Mr. Marino served as an Officer of the United States Army
