GARY HOWSAM serves as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. Based in Toronto, the company and
its affiliates develop, produce, finance and distribute feature films.
From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Howsam was Chairman and CEO of Greenlight
Communications Inc. overseeing its entertainment division and health
education division. Mr. Howsam left GCI in early 1997 to form GFT
Entertainment. From 1987 to 1991, he was a founding partner and CEO of
Producers Group International, Inc. an international communications
company offering TV and film production and distribution services,
vide/film studios and post-production services. From 1980 to 1987 Mr.
Howsam was President, owner of Greenlight Productions Ltd., which
specialized in commercials, computer graphics, special effects, medical
education and documentaries. During this period he produced and directed
over 100 documentary shorts. Profile

Mr. Howsam: The company was formed originally some 20 years ago.
