IGOR KRUTOV joined Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., in 2002 as a
research analyst in the US Value Equity Group and is a Vice President of
the firm. Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked for seven years at
Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. as an associate portfolio manager and
research associate in the equity research strategy group. He has his
Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from New York University and an
MBA in Finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York

GREGORY HERR, CFA, joined Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., in 2003 and
is a research analyst in the US Value Equity Group. He spent seven years
as a Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales at Sanford C.
Bernstein & Co. He also worked at Bankers Trust Company as an Assistant
Treasurer in the Latin American Merchant Bank. He has previous
experience as an equity research analyst (Geewax, Terker and Co.). He
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Colgate

EDWIN WALCZAK is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the US Value Equity Group
at Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., and holds the titles of Managing
Director and Senior Vice President. He joined Vontobel Asset Management,
Inc. in 1988. His prior experience includes working as a Financial
Analyst with Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation, an
institutional salesman with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. and an
institutional portfolio manager with Lazard Freres Asset Management. He
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College, his Master's degree
in International Politics and Economics from Columbia University and an
