Don S. Mitchell joined FSI International, Inc., as Chief Executive Officer and
President in December 1999. He was appointed to the board of directors in March
2000, and in January 2002 he became Chairman of the Board. Prior to his
association with FSI, he was President of Air Products Electronic Chemicals,
Inc., a division of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. From 1991 to 1998, he
served as President of Schumacher, a leading global chemical equipment and
services supplier to the semiconductor industry. He held various executive
positions at Schumacher, including Vice President of Operations, and Vice
President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Mitchell served on the board of directors
of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI), a leading global
industry trade association, from 1994 to 2005 and was the association's board
chairman from 1999 to 2000. He currently serves on the board of directors for
