FRANCIS XAVIER CURZIO, was born on February 19, 1944 in New York City.
He grew up on Bleecker and Sullivan Streets in Greenwich Village and at
the age of fourteen began his career on Wall Street. He proceeded to
work two jobs while earning his accounting and finance degree from NYCC.
Mr. Curzio also attended LIU and Pace University majoring in Finance &
Economics. He started his own business in his house and currently his
record is one of the best in the industry. His two thousand plus
subscribers include most of Wall Street's major brokerage firms and he
is one of the most quoted financial analysts in the business. Mr. Curzio
is currently the President of F.X.C. Investors Corp. and manages over
$60 million in assets. His Firm has been rated number one by Pensions &
Investments magazine for Tactical Asset Allocation for the five-year
period ending 3/31/98. Hulbert Financial Digest also rated F.X.C. number
one for Total Return in Asset Allocation for the 8 and 10 years ended
12/31/97. Mr. Curzio is the winner of The Wall Street Journal's 6 month
Dartboard Contest 5 consecutive times: 1996 through 1998. Mr. Curzio was
credited by The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post for calling

TWST: What goes into the decision to buy the stocks that you have beensuccessful at choosing?
Mr. Curzio: Basically we're value pickers, so we look at the
fundamentals, the balance sheet,
