Robert M. Wasserman is Director of Research for Dawson James
Securities where he focuses on healthcare companies in Florida
and the Southeast. He has 15 years' experience in equity
research and investment banking, specializing in the areas of
health care. Prior to joining Dawson James, Mr. Wasserman was
Senior Research Analyst for Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Research
Director and Healthcare Analyst at Sterling Financial Investment
Group in Boca Raton, Florida, and Vice President-Research for
Southeast Research Partners, also of Boca Raton. He was selected
All-Star Healthcare Analyst for 2000 by The Wall Street Journal
and has appeared in a number of media outlets, including
BusinessWeek and CNBC. He has also served as Equity Analyst and
Institutional Sales Representative at San Francisco-based L.H.
Alton & Co. and Managing Director-Research at Engler-Budd of
Minneapolis, a regional investment banker. Prior to that, he was
a Management Consultant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. He
received his Master's of Business Administration degree in
Finance from the University of Chicago and also holds dual
Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Engineering from
