FAHA-JOYCE HABOUCHA is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of
Socially Responsive Investments at Rockefeller & Co. Prior to joining
the firm, she spent 10 years at Neuberger & Berman where she developed
the firm's socially responsive investment services. Prior to joining
Neuberger, Ms. Haboucha was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at
Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company where she served on the Investment
Policy and Stock Selection Committees. In various capacities over the
last 14 years, Ms. Haboucha has promoted the idea that good corporate
citizenship is good business and makes for good investing. She has
spoken and written widely on this and related subjects before corporate,
public and investment audiences. Ms. Haboucha was born in Egypt and was
educated there, in France and in the United States. She is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. Ms. Haboucha is past Chairman of the Social Venture
Network, serves on the Investment Committee of the United Methodist
Church and the FTSE4GOOD, USA Advisory Committee. She has also served on
the Board of several non-profit organizations, and has been active in
