FERNANDO DIAZ is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst for the Tuckerman Group of
State Street Global Advisors. He joined State Street Bank in 1996. He
specializes in retail, multi-family, recreational and storage real
estate investment trusts (REITs). He also assists in the creation and
modification of model REIT portfolios. Before joining the Tuckerman
Group, he worked for State Street Bank's International Credit and Risk
Policy Group where he performed credit analysis for State Street's
foreign bank counterparties and custodians and monitored international
markets. Mr. diaz holds a BS in Engineering from Northeastern
University, an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Bentley College,
and is a level III candidate of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. Profile
AMOS ROGERS III is the Managing Director and a Portfolio Manager of the
Tuckerman Group of State Street Global Advisors and a seasoned real
estate professional with nearly 15 year's commercial real estate
lending, investment and asset management experience. In his Tuckerman
role, he leads the real estate securities business and is the portfolio
manager for the REIT investment strategies. Previously, He spent eight
years at Citicorp, holding various positions in their real estate
division, before leaving to join Pioneer Real Estate Advisors where he
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to
joining The Tuckerman Group, he was the Principal of ARC Realty
advisors, a boutique advisory and consulting firm focused on providing
strategic and transactional solutions for individual and institutional
real estate clients. He received his undergraduate degree from Clarkson
University, and holds a Master of Science degree in management with a
concentration in real estate finance from the MIT - Sloan School of
