ERNIE L. DANNER is President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Exterran Holdings, Inc., having served as President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2008 to June 2009. He served as a Director of Universal Compression Holdings, Inc., since the acquisition of Tidewater Compression Services, Inc., in 1998, and he served in various positions of increasing responsibility at Universal from 1998 until 2007, including Executive Vice President from 1998 to 2007 and Chief Operating Office from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining Universal, Mr. Danner was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of MidCon Corp., an interstate pipeline company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Danner also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Exterran GP LLC, the managing general partner of Exterran Partners, L.P. Mr. Danner is a Director of Copano Energy, LLC, a natural gas gathering and processing company, and Anchor Drilling Fluids, Inc., a privately held company providing drilling fluid services to exploration and production companies.
