SHAWN A. REYNOLDS is a senior equity research analyst at Lehman Brothers
Inc. He recently transferred to New York from the London research
depart-ment. Mr. Reynolds has a broad international backg-round having
worked in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Russia and Greece. His focus in New
York will be U.S. and Canadian E&P companies. Previously, Mr. Reynolds
was associated with CS First Boston. Prior to joining the securities
industry, he was a petroleum geologist for Sohio, Tenneco Oil and Mesa.
Mr. Reynolds earned his M.A. degree in petroleum geology from Cornell
University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
JOHN M. SELSER is a Senior E&P Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Pre-viously,
he was associated with Mobil Oil and Howard, Weil, Labouisse,
Friedrichs. Mr. Selser earned both a B.S. degree in civil engineering
and a B.S. in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University and
his M.B.A. from Tulane University. Profile

Mr. Selser: We follow the independent oil and gas producers, the pure
play upstream portion of the oil
