JOHN A. BAILEY, Vice President of Deutsche Bank Securites Inc.,
joined the firm in October 2000 as a senior analyst covering the
oil and gas exploration and production sector. Mr. Bailey had
most recently been an Associate following the exploration and
production sector with David Bradshaw at Donaldson, Lufkin &
Jenrette since May 1997. From 1993 to 1997 he was an Assistant
Vice President covering the domestic economy for Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette's Fixed Income Division in New York. Prior to
that experience, he held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of
New York and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. He is a
member of the National Association of Petroleum Investment
Analysts. Mr. Bailey graduated in 1992 from Cornell University
with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics, Government and
