PETER MISEK is Chase H&Q's European Convergence Media Equity Research
Analyst, focusing on media, content and consumer e-commerce. Mr Misek
joined Hambrecht & Quist (H&Q) in 1999. Prior to joining H&Q, he was a
manager in the new media corporate finance team at NM Rothschild & Sons,
where he founded their European Internet practice in mid-1998. He played
a key role in several European transactions most notably the IPO of
Tiscali, which was Europe's largest Internet IPO at the time. Before NM
Rothschild, he was a Vice President at Deloitte & Touche Corporate
Finance. Mr Misek received his B. Acc. from Brock University. He is a
Chartered Accountant from Ontario, Certified Public Accountant from the
State of Illinois and a CFA candidate. He regularly presents at industry
conferences, CNBC and CNN Europe. His current equity research coverage
